Returns

We stand behind the quality of every FE26 Legion product.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Limited Edition Items

All FE26 Legion drops are produced in limited runs.

Limited edition items are eligible for returns under our standard policy as long as they meet return conditions. However, once a design is retired, we cannot offer exchanges for the same item if stock is no longer available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Gift cards
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size and inventory is available, we're happy to exchange your item.

If the design is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

During limited-edition drops, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand. Every order is handled with care and inspected before shipment.

Delivery Estimates

• International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

FE26 Legion operates on a limited-edition release system.

During drop periods, fulfillment times may be slightly longer due to demand. This does not affect the quality or integrity of your order.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

FE26 Legion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to assist where possible.
